Every Obsy organization gets a public status page that shows the health of your services in real time. When an incident fires, the affected components update automatically. Customers can subscribe for email updates.

Accessing your status page

Your default status page URL is:
The slug is your organization name (lowercased, spaces replaced with hyphens). Change it in Settings → Organization. You can also set a custom domain like status.mycompany.com.

Admin panel

Go to Status Page in the sidebar to manage your status page. The admin panel has two views:
  • Public preview — shows what your customers see right now
  • Settings — manage components, incidents, and subscriptions

Status levels

Each component shows one of these statuses:

Automatic incident linking

When an incident is open in Obsy and it has affected services, the status page components that match those service names automatically show a degraded or outage status. When the incident is resolved, the components return to Operational. No manual update is needed — the status page reflects your incident state in real time.

Email subscriptions

Visitors to your status page can subscribe with their email address to receive notifications when:
  • A new incident is created
  • An incident is updated
  • An incident is resolved
Subscription emails are sent by Obsy’s email service (Brevo). No additional email configuration is needed.

What customers see

The public status page shows:
  • Current status of all components
  • Any open incidents with their title, severity, and timeline
  • 90-day uptime history per component
  • SLA percentage (if configured)
  • A subscription form

Manage components

Add and configure your services as status page components.

Custom domain

Use status.yourcompany.com instead of the default Obsy URL.
