Create an account

  1. Go to app.obsy.ai/signup.
  2. Enter your full name, email, and a password (min 8 characters).
  3. Click Create account.
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside.
After verification you are logged in and taken to the onboarding wizard.

Invite teammates

Once your organization is set up, go to Settings → Members and click Invite member. Enter their email and choose a role:

Teammates receive an email with a magic link to join your organization.

Password reset

Click Forgot password? on the login page and enter your email. You’ll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.

Delete your account

Go to Settings → Danger zone and click Delete organization. This permanently removes all data including clusters, incidents, alerts, and integrations. This action cannot be undone.
