# Sign up

> Create your Obsy account and organization.

## Create an account

1. Go to [app.obsy.ai/signup](https://app.obsy.ai/signup).
2. Enter your **full name**, **email**, and a **password** (min 8 characters).
3. Click **Create account**.
4. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside.

After verification you are logged in and taken to the onboarding wizard.

## Invite teammates

Once your organization is set up, go to **Settings → Members** and click **Invite member**. Enter their email and choose a role:

| Role       | What they can do                                                     |
| ---------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Owner**  | Full access including billing, deleting the org, and inviting admins |
| **Admin**  | All features; can invite and remove members                          |
| **Member** | Read and write access to incidents, RCA, postmortems, and services   |
| **Viewer** | Read-only                                                            |

Teammates receive an email with a magic link to join your organization.

## Password reset

Click **Forgot password?** on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.

## Delete your account

Go to **Settings → Danger zone** and click **Delete organization**. This permanently removes all data including clusters, incidents, alerts, and integrations. This action cannot be undone.
